Mile Perris is the founding partner of Perris e Associati and focuses on corporate finance transactions, generational transitions and M&A.
He has gained considerable experience as a professional advisor to leading business families of the most important Italian and international groups in various sectors.
He has been a member of the Committee of Experts of the Finance Commission of the Chamber of Deputies. He has been registered with the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 1992 and has been a registered Auditor since 1995. He is also the author of numerous publications in his areas of expertise.
Linda Stefenelli is Senior Partner at Perris e Associati and primarily deals with corporate finance transactions, generational transitions and M&A transactions. She has gained considerable experience as a professional advisor to Italian and international companies and corporate groups. She has been registered with the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2008.
Dario Maggiore deals primarily with tax and corporate matters of complex corporate finance transactions. He has gained considerable experience as a professional advisor to major companies and business families. He has been registered with the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2004.
Teresa di Tria has been part of the Perris e Associati team since 2023 and mainly deals with tax and corporate law advisory in the context of corporate finance transactions, generational transitions and M&A transactions.
She holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Professional Business Consulting from the Aldo Moro University of Bari and a master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law from the Bocconi University of Milan.
She has been registered with the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2020 and has been a member of the “Wealth Planning” Commission since 2022.
Riccardo Filipponi has been part of the Perris e Associati team since 2022 and primarily deals with corporate finance transactions, generational transitions and M&A transactions. He graduated with honors in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Fiammetta Viceconte has been part of the Perris e Associati team since 2024 and deals with corporate finance transactions, M&A and Private Equity. Previously, she gained experience in a Private Equity fund as an Investment Analyst. She graduated with honors in International Management in 2018 from LUISS Guido Carli University and received a master’s degree in quantitative finance and risk management in 2021 from Bocconi University.
Stefania Vergari joined the Perris e Associati team in 2023 and she is responsible for finance, management control, accounting and administrative compliance for the Firm.
She graduated in Political Science with a focus on economics from the University of Milan and she has specialized in accounting and management control, gaining solid experience in leading Italian and international companies.
Gloria Valle has been part of the Perris e Associati team since 2024 and she is responsible for office management, for the firm’s organizational activities, and for planning meetings.
Previously, she gained considerable experience of about ten years in the world of Global Mobility working for several relocation companies.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations in 2011 from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and received a master’s degree in International Management in 2013 from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
