Mile Perris is the founding partner of Perris e Associati and primarily focuses on complex corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, generational transitions, and MA transactions. He has gained significant experience as a professional advisor for the entrepreneurial families of the most important Italian and international groups in various industries. He has been a member of the Committee of Experts of the Finance Commission of the Chamber of Deputies in corporate matters. He has been registered with the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 1992 and has been a registered Auditor since 1995. He is also the author of numerous publications in his areas of expertise.
Linda Stefenelli is a Senior Partner at Perris e Associati and primarily deals with MA, corporate law, and corporate finance. She has gained considerable experience as a professional advisor for Italian and international companies and corporate groups, handling MA transactions, complex corporate reorganizations, and generational transitions. She has been registered with the Bar of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2008.
Dario Maggiore collabora con Perris e Associati e si occupa principalmente di MA, diritto societario e finanza aziendale. Ha maturato una notevole esperienza come advisor professionale di società e gruppi societari italiani ed internazionali, occupandosi di operazioni di MA, complesse riorganizzazioni aziendali e passaggi generazionali. È iscritta all’Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti contabili di Milano dal 2004.
Teresa di Tria has been part of the Perris e Associati team since 2022, With Perris e Associati since 2023, Teresa di Tria mainly deals with tax law and corporate law providing advice in the context of corporate reorganizations, generational transitions, and MA transactions.
She graduated with honors in Economics from University of Bari and a master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law from Bocconi University of Milan.
She has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2020 and has been part of the Wealth Planning Commission since 2022.
Riccardo Filipponi has been part of the Perris e Associati team since 2022, primarily focusing on MA transactions, private equity, and corporate reorganizations. He graduated with honors in Banking and Finance in 2021 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Fiammetta Viceconte joined Perris e Associati in 2024 and focuses primarily on M&A, Private Equity, and corporate restructuring operations. Previously, she gained experience in a Private Equity fund as an Investment Analyst. She graduated with honors in International Management in 2018 at LUISS Guido Carli University and obtained a specialized master in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management in 2021 from Bocconi University.
